There has been a ton of incorrect information circulating the internet regarding our policies on adoption. Some who are obviiously on a witch hunt, have spread the lie that we do not have an adoption contract. Therefore we have decided to make it available for anyone who wishes to adopt, to print and fill out for consideration. You will need to attach a copy of your Drivers License or photo I.D, as proof of identity and current address as well as photos of your barn, fencing and any other horses you currently own or are fostering/caring for for others. No horse will be released to any person(s) until we have received all needed information. Once your references have been contacted and the decision is made as to whether or not you are approved or denied, we will send you an email to inform you of such. Then and only then, will any arrangements be made for you to arrange transport.
****Note that a completed and submitted application does not in any way mean that you are approved to adopt one of our horses.
We hold the right to refuse adoption to any individual who applies.

Corona is also a former Sugarcreek save from 2010. She is a Quarter type mare approximately 8 yrs old. Has been saddled and ridden lightly but will need someone to put some time in the saddle. Great to handle on the ground. Very easy keeper. Awesome manners and aims to please. She did sustain an injury to her hind left fetlock while at SC. Has not shown any obvious signs of lameness while in our care. Had originally been with a fellow rescue before coming to us in November 2010.
Adoption fee is set at $200.00 to an experienced & approved home
We also have a couple others who are now ready for new homes.
Contact us for details on their abilities & fees!
